Smoked Brisket

Ingredients

? Thyme
? Chili
? Salt
? Pepper
1 Beef Brisket

Preparation

  1. Rub (Thyme, Chili) on Brisket
  2. Wrap brisket in plastic wrap and let set overnight in refridgerator
  3. Set Smoker to 225 degrees and smoke for 4 hours. It will get as black as charcoal.
  4. Add apples, apple juice or cider to brisket and wrap in aluminum foil
  5. Cook another 4 hours
  6. Take off and let rest overnight
  7. Heat the next day and eat.
